Live streamers and content creators can rejoice! Mackie has released the Mackie M*Caster, which they claim is “The Ultimate Live Streaming Solution”. It’s a portable audio interface for your live streaming!

The M•Caster has features that will make it easier than ever before for content creators to publish live content with professional audio and get it out there for the world to see, reports Gear News.

The Mackie M*Caster connects directly to your smartphone’s headphone jack, or it can connect via USB to your computer with OBS or similar software running. However, it’s also possible to power the M*Caster with an external battery – making the M*Caster fully portabe=le to stream audio content any time.

The M*Caster has preset-based ContourFX to give your voice a professional edge with a single knob. There’s also StreamFX voice changer which allows you to disguise your voice.

A powerful software bundle from Accusonus comes part and parcel here which includes a perpetual license of their ERA Voice Leveler and De-Esser plugins! Included too is a 3 month All Access Suite subscription. In this creative suite are audio repair tools like Noise Remover, Voice Deepener, Reverb Remover, and more – that’s really just the tip of the iceberg.

Users can explore the Voice Changer plugin, adding fun effects to their projects, or search the music libraries of SFX and Music Cellar for high-quality, royalty-free sound effects and background music.

You’ll find a USB connection, a mic input with Phantom power, and also 3.5mm analog inputs and outputs too for headphones, monitors, and line-level stereo sources like keyboards. The latter means you can connect your headphones, monitors, and other line-level stereo sources such as keyboards.

The Mackie M*Caster has user-selectable RGB LED under lighting too, so it’ll look awesome on any desk!

M*Caster Live is now shipping and will be available on Mackie.com and at participating retailers in January/February 2022 with a MAP of $259. Creator Accessories are expected to be available later in Q1.
