It also has features like time stretch, looping modes, FM &amp; ring modulation, along with the oppurtunity to add a sub oscillator and noise. You can add punch or degrade the sound with a crush effect. It now has smoother release envelopes, better metering mid\/side routing and continuous gain reduction link. It also now has Soft Clip &amp; True Peak modes. Soft Peak will introduce some gentle clipping to signals at ceiling level and True Peak will prevent peaks between samples. A real time visualisation displays signal level over the curve. A brand new Bass Enhancer shaper curve, perfect for 808 kicks and basslines. Within the Transformation settings, you can adjust the shape and starting point of the envelope. The 12.1 update will automatically assign new tags to any sample less than 60 seconds long, and your VST3 plugins will get tags based on their metadata! A massive time-saver and potential workflow booster! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new auto-tags can be hidden&nbsp;in the browser using a new Include Auto Tags toggle. The Global Groove amount is set to 0% by default &#8211; so to apply the groove, just adjust this value. Learn more about this in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ableton.com\/en\/release-notes\/live-12-beta\/\">relases notes<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Undo History List<\/strong> &#8211; You can now the new &#8216;Undo History&#8217; feature (found in the View menu) to display a list of available undo and redo steps.
