Individual Assignment and Use of Accounts

Accounts are restricted to individual users. Each user accessing the Service shall possess their account and pay applicable fees.

 

Billing

 

Per-use transactions
 

When you use the RouteNote Create service and order the mastering of a song that involves a per-use fee, your account will be billed immediately to your credit card for each such transaction that you perform.

 

Credit card use and updates

 

RouteNote Create shall charge all applicable fees on the credit card or PayPal account associated with your RouteNote Create account. You are responsible for providing RouteNote Create with valid credit card information. You may modify this information at any time by accessing the "Credit Card" section of the Service. You must update your credit card information if your credit card information changes.

 

RouteNote Create accepts no liability to complete any transaction which cannot be cleared by our payment processor, whether because there are no sufficient funds available on your credit card or otherwise. If such a situation occurs, you will receive an error message from the Service and the transaction will be denied. Moreover, RouteNote Create may suspend your account and contact you so you can provide RouteNote Create with valid alternative credit card information. Such suspension shall not relieve you from your obligation to pay any fees owed to RouteNote Create.

 

Unless specifically mentioned, all amounts stipulated in this Agreement and the Service are expressed in US dollars and exclude all applicable taxes.
