AudioStretch Goes Viral on TikTok and Reaches Top of Apple App Store Chart
AudioStretch, a music transcription app has climbed to the number one spot of the Paid Music Apps chart and gone viral on TikTok as a strange video effect. One of the app’s main meme-able features is the ability to transcribe audio from video files and manipulate it instantly, which has attracted an audience of meme makers worldwide to create bizarre videos. The app is also now on sale for $1.99, its lowest ever price!

The feature within AudioStretch called LiveScrub allows users to play audio as they drag the waveform forward and backward, with zero-speed playback for a note-by-note listen. The speed can be changed by dragging the Speed Control back and forth and pitch can be altered with no decrease in audio quality.
